Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Creating and renewing employee contracts, filing information, and managing HR-related documents.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Working with the accounts team to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing data.
  • Prepare and process payroll sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Help start new employee accounts for bank, SSF, PAN, and create ID badges.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.
  • Translate between Nepali and English as needed, helping with communication among staff.
  • Translate documents and other materials from English to Nepali and vice versa.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions to HR challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

  • Daily voucher entry, stock recheck in accounting software.
  • Managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits.
  • Coordinating with the Finance Head, and auditor to finalize the financial statements.
  • Comply with government rules of Tax and VAT and keep the accounting system up to date.
  • Emailing clients, Preparing Quotations and proforma invoices, and creating Purchase Orders when required.
  • Preparation of various financial reports and IRD-related documents.
  • Able to use a smartphone, and are fast with computer
  • Typing in Nepali is a bonus
  • We prefer if you have work experience in a manufacturing or trading company.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Management, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software  and excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in written and vocal Nepali & English language.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the Finance Manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.
  • Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s degree shall be value added.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
