No. Cook the fries directly from frozen without thawing for best texture and quality.
Our French fries are produced through a carefully controlled manufacturing process that begins with premium potato selection, followed by precision cutting, blanching, drying, par-frying in high-quality vegetable oil, and Individual Quick Freezing (IQF). Every stage is monitored under strict quality and temperature controls to ensure consistent size, texture, color, and taste. When cooked according to the recommended instructions, our fries deliver a crispy golden exterior with a light and fluffy interior.
For the best results, cook the fries directly from frozen without thawing. Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C (356°F), avoid overcrowding the fryer, and cook only for the recommended time. Maintaining the correct oil temperature throughout cooking ensures a crispy golden exterior while keeping the inside soft and fluffy.
Fries can become soggy or limp when they are not cooked at the right temperature or were thawed before frying.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store fries at -18°C or below in a freezer to preserve texture and quality.
Do not refreeze fries once they have fully thawed.

Great French fries begin with great potatoes. Our potatoes are sourced from the fertile foothills of the Himalayas, where Nepal’s nutrient-rich soils and favorable climate help produce potatoes with excellent taste and texture. Working closely with more than 30,000 local farmers, our dedicated agricultural team monitors cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting practices to ensure only the finest potatoes are selected. Once they arrive at our facility, they undergo a carefully controlled production process including precision cutting, blanching, drying, par-frying in premium vegetable oil, and Individual Quick Freezing (IQF). The result is a high-quality French fry with consistent taste, texture, and freshness. Our fries are also gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and contain no artificial colors or preservatives.
No. We do not use MSG, artificial flavour, artificial colours, or chemicals. Everything in our fries is natural.
